The terraced residential complex offers tenants views of the castle, the Saar riverbank, and the old town. Construction is progressing rapidly on the site of a former supermarket along Wiltinger Strasse. The houses lining the street are nearing completion, according to Helmut Arens, Sales Manager at Matthias Ruppert Construction, the company overseeing the project. The project focuses on sustainable practices, featuring a wood frame construction built to Efficiency House Standard 55 EE and interior elements utilizing renewable wood resources like visible wood ceilings and oak parquet flooring. Notably, this project ranks as one of the largest timber construction initiatives in the region.

The apartments are attracting significant interest, with positive feedback from potential tenants, particularly regarding the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offering stunning views of vineyards, the Saar river, and the castle. Heating and cooling for the units are primarily provided by heat pumps, with plans for a photovoltaic system integration. The developer retains full ownership of the project, renting out the units directly, a factor that appeals to prospective tenants due to the absence of individual ownership arrangements that could lead to future evictions for personal use.
